Perfect timingMarch 1st is Self Injure Awareness Day.
Instead of just spreading the awareness for only a day, our blog is going to change it to Self Injury Awareness WEEK.
What you can do to join us is by sending in a picture of yourself (you don’t even have to show your face) wearing a bandanna, ribbon, string, bracelet on your wrist, or by sending in pictures of the butterfly project. Orange is the colour for self injury awareness, so if you would like to include that somewhere, they would also be great.
You can also write the number of days you’ve been clean, a story during your recovery, or just anything supportive to this week.
